Islamabad: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Muhammad Ali Randhawa, along with a delegation from Azerbaijan and concerned officials, visited the under-construction “Asaan Khidmat Markaz” building in Sector G-9, Islamabad.
During the visit, the Chairman was briefed on the project’s progress, construction status, and design model. It was informed that the “Asaan Khidmat Markaz” is being developed in collaboration with Azerbaijan’s State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovation to provide citizens with access to multiple government services under one roof.
Officials briefed that the construction work is continuing round-the-clock and the finishing and furnishing phases are nearing completion. The center will be equipped with modern technology to enhance e-governance and streamline public service delivery.
Chairman Randhawa directed that the project be completed within the set timeline while maintaining top quality standards. He stated that the “Asaan Khidmat Markaz” will make it easier for Islamabad residents to access services from multiple departments at a single location — a major step toward improved citizen facilitation.
The Azerbaijani delegation reaffirmed their commitment to providing full technical support and cooperation for the project’s timely completion. Muhammad Ali Randhawa added that the initiative would not only strengthen Pakistan–Azerbaijan relations but also mark a milestone in improving public service delivery across the capital.
He reiterated that alongside Islamabad’s development, providing citizens with efficient and high-quality facilities remains CDA’s foremost priority.
