RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army has successfully destroyed an Afghan Taliban stronghold along the Chitral border as part of ongoing counterterrorism operations.
Security sources confirmed that the army targeted the Taliban’s Badani post near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border using a combination of small and heavy arms, supported by drone-assisted strikes. The post was completely neutralized, forcing the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij militants into retreat across multiple fronts.
Officials said the operation, named Ghazab-ul-Haq, will continue until all objectives are achieved, emphasizing the army’s commitment to securing the nation’s borders and eliminating militant threats.
