The 6th round of Bilateral Political Consultations between Pakistan and Cuba was held today in Havana. The Pakistan delegation was led by Additional Secretary (Americas), Ambassador Mariam Aftab, while the Cuban delegation was led by Vice Minister (Foreign Affairs), Anayansi Rodriguez Camejo.
The entire spectrum of political relations, including health, education, sports, tourism and multilateral cooperation, were discussed. The Additional Secretary also briefed the Cuban side on the evolving security situation in the South Asian region.
