Ahsan Ali Mangi Assigned Additional Charge of Housing and Works Division Secretary

Islamabad :The federal government has assigned additional charge of the post of Secretary, Housing and Works Division, to Mr Ahsan Ali Mangi, a BS-21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), with immediate effect. According to an official notification issued by the Establishment Division, Mr Mangi is currently serving as Special Secretary, Industries and Production Division. He has been assigned the additional responsibility of Secretary, Housing and Works Division, under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973. The notification states that the additional charge will remain effective for a period of three months or until the posting of a regular incumbent, whichever occurs earlier. The assignment has been made in addition to his existing duties as Special Secretary, Industries and Production Division. The notification, issued on October 30, 2026, has been circulated to the relevant government offices and authorities for information and necessary action.
